We care about transparency and want your experience with our service to be simple and safe. Here’s a clear overview of how everything works:
How the service works:
- Freelancers list services with fixed prices that Employers may review and order.
- Employers choose and pay for a listing; funds are securely reserved until the order is completed.
- Once the Employer accepts the result, the reserved funds are released to the Freelancer’s balance.
- The platform provides the technical and payment infrastructure to support this process.
Registration and verification:
- Both Freelancers and Employers must register an account.
- Freelancers are required to complete identity verification (KYC) before withdrawing funds.
- This helps maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with global standards.
Subscriptions:
- Freelancers can choose from several subscription plans with different limits and features (e.g., number of services they can list, visibility in search, or support options).
- Subscriptions are billed monthly and must be renewed manually at the end of each paid period.
Payments and refunds:
- Payments are held in reserve until an order is marked as accepted.
- If no deliverables are uploaded within the agreed deadline, the order is automatically cancelled and refunded.
- Once a Freelancer submits work, the Employer has 72 hours to accept or reject it. If no action is taken, the order is automatically accepted.
- Employers may reject a delivery up to three times, with reasons provided. After that, the order must be accepted or closed with a refund.
Disputes:
- The service does not judge creative quality or subjective satisfaction.
- What can be verified: whether deliverables were uploaded, whether the files are accessible, and whether they match the required format.
- Any disputes regarding quality or content must be resolved directly between Freelancers and Employers.
Data protection:
- Personal data (such as name, email, payment details, or verification documents) is collected only for account management, transactions, security, and compliance.
- We do not share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies:
- Cookies are used to ensure the site functions correctly and to improve usability.
- Essential cookies support login, payments, and security.
- Analytics and functional cookies can be managed or disabled in browser settings.
Other important points:
- Freelancers are responsible for paying their own taxes.
- Access is restricted for users in countries under international sanctions.
- Policies may be updated from time to time; the current version is always published on the site.
